In addition to Fluke, he has written four other books, including Corruptible: Who Gets Power and How It Changes Us (2021) and How to Rig an Election (2018). After graduating from Carleton with a political science / history double major, Klaas received his MPhil and DPhil from the University of Oxford. He is a regular commentator on National Public Radio, MSNBC, CNN, the BBC, and many other international news outlets. Klaas previously served as Mark Dayton's policy director / deputy campaign manager in his successful 2010 campaign for Governor of Minnesota.
