Recently declining birth rates suggest a tightening market for higher education in the next 15 to 20 years. At the same time, the composition of the US population--especially those 18 years old and young--continues to evolve. Professor of Economics Nathan Grawe and Vice President and Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid Art Rodriguez '96 will describe the changing landscape in the national and Carleton context.
