LTC Lunch: Academic Civic Engagement Beyond the Six-Credit Course

Students will describe their experiences with academic civic engagement projects in courses that follow a different format from the typical six credit course model. After the student presentations, Laura Chihara, Deborah Gross, Eric McDonald, and Debby Walser-Kuntz will be available to discuss the courses their students were engaged in and the challenges and benefits of community engaged projects that extend beyond the one-term, six-credit individual course.
