LTC Lunch: What Are Your Needs, and Are We Meeting Them?

What are your campus and national peers saying about technology and library services? Last winter Carleton faculty and students were invited to share their thoughts via the MISO Survey. This session will share data about the usage, importance and satisfaction with a broad range of services and will identify areas where we are ahead of or behind our peer group. We will also show national trends over the past 10 years, including a move towards more self-mediated services, generational differences, and differences between library and IT support. Students are welcome to attend. Janet Scannell, chief technology officer; Jeff Ondich, professor of mathematics and computer science; Brad Schaffner, college librarian; Adeeb Khalid, Jane and Raphael Bernstein Professor of Asian Studies and History
