  • Transcript Hi folks, Once you’ve uploaded your media to Imagen, you need to find your way around. Here’s a quick overview of the Your Account page and capabilities. After going to www.imagencloud.carleton.edu and clicking the Single Sign-on login, you’ll click on My Account. This opens a page with a few windows: Your Records, which shows all the media files you’ve uploaded. Your Collections: which are groupings or “collections” of records you’ve created Your Segments: These are portions of larger media files that you previously uploaded, and then decided to create a shorter clip form it AND give it an entirely new Record. (You can also create shorter “clips” from a media file & have them remain intertwined with the Record they were uploaded with. We’ll dive into that in future training. Your Orders: these are shorter clips from those larger media files that you’ve identified and submitted for processing. Your MRSS Feeds: these media streaming/syndication protocols, which we likely won’t be diving into right away at Carleton. There are lots more media-related tools at our fingertips with Imagen, and we’ll continue rolling out more training on a variety of topics.
